When and how is the best time to place an order for a cake?
I would love to hear from you as soon as possible. I am a one woman show and therefore can only take a limited amount of orders each week. My weeks fill up quickly!

How do you take payment? And when do I pay you?
I can accept cash or online payment through Chase Quickpay. I require a 50% deposit to hold your date for orders over $100. To send payment via Chase Quickpay please email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. The remainder of the payment is due upon pick up or delivery.
Do you do wedding cakes?
I do! For weddings, I offer a complimentary tasting where we will discuss design ideas and how I can help make your dreams come true. After discussing your vision and design, I will be able to quote you pricing for your cake.
Do you have a physical storefront I can visit?
I don't. While all of my sweets are baked in a shared commercial kitchen space, you'll be picking up your cake in a residence in Old Town.
How should I take care of the cake after I get it? And how do I store leftovers?
All cakes should be kept in the fridge and removed at least one hour before serving. Keep away from direct sunlight, heaters or flames as all of my cakes are made with buttercream which is sensitive to heat. Leftovers should be wrapped in plastic wrap and stored in the fridge or put in Tupperware to stay fresh.
How do I take care of my cake once it leaves your kitchen?
Keep the cake box on the floor of your car and make sure the air conditioning is on. The floor is the flattest and most stable part of the car. Try to avoid putting it on the seat, as it can cause the cake to slope during transportation. Keep your cake refrigerated (not frozen) and bring to room temperature an hour before serving.
Do you make Vegan Cakes or cakes that are allergy friendly?
No, sorry! All of my cakes contain flour, eggs, milk and butter and I am unable to substitute these ingredients. I also take allergies very seriously and would not want to put your life at risk. While I do not bake with any nuts (I have a nut allergy), I do bake in a shared commercial kitchen that processes all sorts of things. I'm so sorry!
Do you deliver?
I deliver within 5 miles of Old Town for $35. Anything further than that can be discussed for a higher delivery fee.
Tell me about your toppers. They are all so different! What kind of topper will I get on my cake?
While all of my cakes are similar in style, the toppers vary according to your style and preference. Toppers start at $20 and go up depending on the design and ingredients. I also work with the super talented Laura Davis for my luxe line of toppers and those toppers start at $50.
